It is our mission to provide patients with the most comfortable fit for artificial limbs and other orthotic needs. We are dedicated to improving the lives of our patients by fostering their dignity and confidence. We strive to increase their activity level by enabling them to walk and move more effectively for a better way of life.
Nearly 90% of our prosthetics and orthotics are made right here in-house (Made in America).
Our Vision
- To use our combined medical disciplines to work as a team with orthotists, physical therapists, and prosthetists together with the physicians to give the patient the highest level of care possible.
- Maintain a team of experienced, progressive, and passionate professionals who share a common desire to serve the physical and emotional needs of the patient.
- Utilize the latest medically necessary technologies in orthotics and prosthetics, as prescribed.
- Provide expected delivery, excellent customer service, and continuity of care to each patient.
- Create continued education opportunities for area medical professionals and to promote limb loss awareness and the needs of others with physical disabilities throughout the Wiregrass and surrounding areas.
Our Team
Brandon Ledbetter, Certified Prosthetist, has been practicing since 2011; primarily in Dothan, AL. Brandon’s career was inspired by his personal experiences. His favorite aunt was an amputee, who had lost her leg to cancer at the age of thirteen.
At a very young age, Brandon assisted his father, whom also worked in the prosthetic field, with the fabrication of limbs. He obtained his degree at The Median School of Allied Health in Pittsburgh, PA. Since graduation, Brandon is board certified in Orthotists and Prosthetists and certified in many other medical capacities.
Lisa Ledbetter grew up in Masontown, PA. Her uncle was an above-knee amputee. Fascinated by his amputation, she was able to frequently observe the inner workings and technology of prosthetics at an early age. Early on, she decided that she would enjoy working in the medical field helping amputees.
Lisa is a Board-Certified Prosthetist/Orthotists from The Median School of Allied Health also a Licensed Orthotist/Prosthetist Assistant, Licensed Orthotic Fitter and Certified Mastectomy Fitter.

Kim has been working in the medical field for over 30 years. Since coming to Ledbetter Prosthetics and Orthotics, she stays on top of the ever-changing rules and regulations of the healthcare industry. Kim lives in Malvern, AL and has been a member of Malvern Baptist Church for 25 years. She enjoys spending time with her family and her fur baby, Daisy.
Our Family
Brandon and Lisa Ledbetter met in college while getting under graduate degree becoming certified. They live in Headland, AL with their two sons Jacob and Colton and three dogs, Louie, Clarence and Skye.
In their spare time they enjoy boating, fishing, jet skiing, barbequing and quiet evenings around the backyard firepit with family.
